I am a professional pastry chef. I did my apprenticeship in Denmark and have worked in Sweden, Finland, South Africa, the United States and Canada. After retiring, I relocated to Barrie and decided to sell my products at the Barrie Farmers Market. My products vary by the season but you can always find my chocolate truffles, made with the finest Belgian chocolate.
